From the creation to today, we carefully select and harvest our cider apples in the orchards of Saint-Malo's area. The whole team of SORRE cidery takes pleasure in taking care of all the processing and pressing of apples, with energy, pleasure and rigor, right up to the assembly and bottling of these wines rich in flavors.
