The Herbalist from Sorre was born from the idea that we could offer cider with multiple flavors without resorting to the use of chemical additives; simply by infusing herbs, spices, flowers, fruits, and citrus fruits.

Between the world of craft beer and the world of cider, it's a real invitation to a journey that starts with the iconic hopped cider, moving on to buckwheat, yuzu, ginger, mint... and much more.
